• You maintain control at all times. The member's area provides user-friendly tools for managing your data and adjusting your settings.

• I only store the personal data necessary to fulfil your requests and achieve our shared goal of exceptional coaching and consulting, with all information remaining under your control.

• I prioritise your security by partnering with specialised service providers for cloud-based web development and mobile payment services.

• Nothing in my content material and collaboration with clients shall be considered professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You shall indemnify me in the event of any such claims, including but not limited to any claims made against me by any person related to or associated with you.

• Any decisions you make - and the consequences thereof - are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold me liable for any actions that you take. You agree not to hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you or any person related to or associated with you as a result of teachings, materials, techniques, coaching, instruction, and/or training offered by me.

• The information shared with clients during coaching and consulting sessions, through this website, and via other media is intended to be general or client specific information with respect to life and clients' issues. All solicited information is offered in good faith - as contracted. You do not have to use the information.

• Results are dependent on the effort and co-operation of clients within and outside of sessions, and also by the effective and efficient application of information, materials, and techniques from training, instruction, coaching, or consulting sessions, by clients. I hold no responsibility for any regressive actions, choices, or decisions made or taken by clients - and no particular results are 100% guaranteed due to the reasons above.

• Service fees are tailored to clients' needs and guaranteed not to change once an offer to contract is made, but by accepting to proceed you also agree to the general 'no refund' policy. I reserve the right to refuse service for any safeguarding or health and safety reasons.

• At Obi Okolo Coaching and Consulting (OOC&C), we are committed to delivering exceptional value. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: should you be unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Beyond this period, all sales are final. In extraordinary cases, and solely at OOC&C's discretion, a partial refund may be considered, subject to the deduction of a 15% administrative fee.​ Purchase completion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Obi Okolo is a certified and insured personal safety trainer and self-defence instructor (self-protection/combatives); an indefatigable and resolute combatives enthusiast. With no firm affiliations or blind loyalty to any martial arts or combatives schools or styles, personal safety training and self-defence instruction is offered based on collective experience and know-how from years of military, surveillance, protective security, frontline service, combatives, and mixed martial arts training. There are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise and training. If any clients sustain or claim to sustain an injury whilst participating in a training package, they acknowledge that I am not responsible for their decision to participate. I am only responsible for providing a safe training environment and clear guidance. You should consult your physician (GP) or other health care professional before starting this or any other strenuous exercise or training programme to determine if it is right for you.

• All information shared for advertising and marketing, or for billing and sessions, is treated as privileged, private, and confidential. Your personal identifiable information will never be sold, traded, or given away by me; but please note that it is managed through specific, specialist service providers.

• Sessions are strictly confidential and for adults - 21 or older - only.
