I know what it's like to live split between survival and purpose. For years, I wore two skins: the competent professional by day, and a man replaying fear, shame, guilt, and collapse at night.
Childhood abuse, violence, a wrecked body, and relentless night terrors stripped away any illusions I had about mindset. I learned two truths the hard way:

And real transformation requires both Spirit and practice.
These truths became the seed of TRUTH Code™ - a Spirit-led, trauma-informed system designed to break the freeze response across body, soul, and spirit.

Combatives Training
We take the Truth into the body. High-impact drills, breath, and movement retrain your reflexes so you stay calm, stable, and decisive - especially when pressure hits.
