No. It's niche, trauma-informed Resilience Coaching - not treatment. Think clarity, strength, and forward momentum in weeks, not years on a couch.
"Do I need to be religious?"
No. You only need a willingness to pursue truth and growth at every level - body, soul, and spirit. Living belief and authentic faith shapes the process, not the requirement.
"Is it safe?"
Yes. All training uses controlled pad work and Slow Deliberate Practice™ drills. Light or full-contact sparring is entirely optional and only for advanced participants.
"Do you work with women?"
Yes. Whilst the majority of my work focuses on men's resilience and leadership, I do work with women ready for disciplined formation and embodied resilience. Every part of this work stands firmly against violence towards women and girls.
