TRUTH Code Deep Coaching is a structured private 1:1 engagement built around the Foundations pathway. Foundations provides the deeper formation dimension of TRUTH Code.
The work creates sustained space to examine what pressure is exposing beneath outward capability. It may explore, where relevant:

responsibility;

recurring patterns.
Through disciplined coaching, reflection and agreed practice, the engagement supports greater congruence between:

The purpose is not endless introspection. It is deeper formation that becomes relevant in actual leadership.
WHAT IT ADDRESSES
Deep Coaching may be relevant where the issue is not simply one upcoming high-pressure event. You may recognise:

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Six Private 90-Minute Sessions
Six private 1:1 sessions delivered across 12 weeks. The normal rhythm is approximately one session every two weeks.
Structured Coaching
Work with real leadership situations, responsibilities, decisions and recurring pressure patterns.
Disciplined Reflection
Space to examine relevant beliefs, assumptions, identity, conviction and responsibility without reducing the work to abstract introspection.
Between-Session Practice
The client is responsible for completing agreed reflective and practical work between sessions.
Ongoing WhatsApp Support
Ongoing asynchronous WhatsApp support is available between sessions for brief:

reflection;
-
clarification;
-
accountability.
Messages are reviewed on working days and normally answered within one working day. Issues requiring substantive coaching are carried into the next scheduled session rather than being conducted through WhatsApp.

RELATIONSHIP TO THE TRUTH CODE EXPERIENCE™
TRUTH Code Deep Coaching is not a cheaper or shortened version of the TRUTH Code Experience. They perform different jobs.

TRUTH Code Experience
An integrated private pathway combining deeper formation with applied leadership resilience and practice.
The existence of a more comprehensive pathway does not make it automatically more appropriate.
PROFESSIONAL SCOPE
TRUTH Code™ is coaching, psychoeducation and embodied formation work. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, psychological assessment, medical care, mental-health treatment or crisis support.
Where another form of professional support appears more appropriate, the work may be paused, declined or referred.
WHEN DEEPER PRIVATE WORK IS THE RELEVANT QUESTION
Not every pressure pattern requires a short intensive.
Not every leader needs the fullest TRUTH Code™ pathway.
Sometimes the relevant work is sustained private depth.
For individual work, the Pressure Integrity Diagnostic™ is the principal starting point.

"What does Foundations mean?"
Foundations is the deeper formation pathway within TRUTH Code™. At public level it refers to sustained development around what pressure is exposing beneath outward capability. The protected internal architecture beneath that pathway is not published.
"How often are the sessions?"
There are six 90-minute sessions across 12 weeks, normally at approximately fortnightly intervals.
"Where are the sessions held?"
Online via Google Meet.
"What happens between sessions?"
You are responsible for agreed reflective and practical work. Ongoing WhatsApp support is available for brief reflection, clarification and accountability.
"How quickly are WhatsApp messages answered?"
Messages are reviewed on working days and normally answered within one working day. Substantive coaching remains within scheduled sessions.
"How is Deep Coaching different from Forge?"
Forge is a concentrated five-session intervention for a defined pressure demand. Deep Coaching is sustained private formation across 12 weeks.
"How is it different from the TRUTH Code Experience™?"
Deep Coaching focuses on concentrated private depth through Foundations. The Experience combines deeper formation with the applied leadership resilience and practice dimension of Frontline.
"Is the Diagnostic fee credited?"
Yes. Where Deep Coaching is agreed within 90 days of completing the Pressure Integrity Diagnostic™, the full £199 Diagnostic fee is credited.
