WHAT IT IS
TRUTH Code Cohort Journey is a high-commitment 10-week cohort engagement built around the Frontline pathway.
Frontline provides the applied leadership resilience and practice dimension of TRUTH Code. Participants work through the five public TRUTH domains:

Transform the Mindset
Honour Cohort & Legacy
Across the journey, participants develop greater awareness of what happens under pressure, practise steadier embodied presence, examine interpretation and response, strengthen personal responsibility and apply what they are learning within a committed cohort.
Formation does not remain a private intellectual exercise.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Ten Live 90-Minute Sessions
One session each week across ten weeks.
In-Person Cohort Formation
The Cohort Journey is designed as an in-person engagement. The confirmed venue is communicated before enrolment.
The cohort is not operated as a mixed in-person and online hybrid room. In exceptional circumstances, online delivery via Google Meet may be used as a continuity contingency. It is not the standard delivery model.
Small Cohort Environment
Each cohort contains:

Maximum 8 participants
This preserves sufficient intimacy for meaningful participation, challenge and accountability.

Digital Participant Workbook
A digital workbook supports:

The workbook does not reproduce protected practitioner methodology.
Between-Session Practice
Participants are responsible for completing agreed reflective and practical work between sessions.
Cohort Accountability
The cohort environment supports appropriate shared accountability and group communication.
WhatsApp Support
Between-session WhatsApp support is available for brief reflection, clarification and accountability within the scope of the Cohort Journey.
Messages are reviewed on working days and normally answered within one working day. Substantive individual coaching is not conducted through WhatsApp.
Private matters should not be processed through the cohort group.

Where the full £199 Diagnostic credit applies:
£1,796 initial payment + 2 instalments of £1,000
Total after credit: £3,796.
The initial payment secures the participant's place in the cohort.
Withdrawal and transfer provisions are governed by the service agreement.

The Cohort Journey may publicly name the five TRUTH domains. The page does not publish:

intervention-selection logic;

protected exercises;

internal practitioner sequencing.
TRUTH Code™ is coaching, psychoeducation and embodied formation work. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, psychological assessment, medical care, mental-health treatment or crisis support.

"How large is each cohort?"
Each cohort contains a minimum of four and a maximum of eight participants.
"Is the Cohort Journey online?"
No. The standard Cohort Journey is delivered in person. Online delivery via Google Meet exists only as an exceptional continuity contingency. The programme is not run as simultaneous mixed online and in-person delivery.
"How often do we meet?"
Once each week for ten weeks. Each live session lasts 2 hours.
"What materials are included?"
A digital participant workbook supporting reflection, practice and relevant public framework material.
"What happens between sessions?"
You are responsible for agreed reflection and practice. Appropriate WhatsApp support is available for brief clarification and accountability.
"What does Frontline mean?"
Frontline is the applied leadership resilience and practice pathway within TRUTH Code™. Detailed internal methodology is protected.
"Is the £3,995 price per participant?"
Yes. The investment is £3,995 per participant.
"Is the Diagnostic fee credited?"
Yes. Where the Cohort Journey is agreed within 90 days of the Diagnostic, the full £199 Diagnostic fee is credited.
