Fees, Refunds & Service Conditions
Service fees are customised and fixed once an agreement is made. By choosing to proceed, you agree to a general no-refund policy, with the following exception:
TRUTH Code™ Coaching offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered, minus a 15% administrative fee.
I reserve the right to refuse service in matters of safeguarding, suitability, or health and safety.
Physical Training Disclaimer
I am a certified, insured personal safety trainer and combatives instructor. While training is conducted in a controlled, safety-conscious environment, all physical training carries inherent risk.
By participating in combatives, personal safety training, or any physical component of a programme, you acknowledge that:

Confidentiality & Data
All client information - whether shared in sessions, applications, messaging, billing, or consultations - is treated as private and confidential.
Your personal data is never sold, traded, or shared externally and is managed only through secure, specialist service providers.
